United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Miami, Florida to provide excellent service as the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include checking in visitors, verifying insurance benefits, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
