AI Solutions Manager (AI Agents / Customer-Facing)

Miami, FL – 5 days a week, in-office

You'll own end-to-end AI voice agent delivery for enterprise clients where you’ll partner with key stakeholders to design and build agents that replicate and optimise their inbound / Outbound calling processes, while continuously refining prompts, deploying updates, and presenting performance insights to ensure an exceptional client experience.

The role
  • Own AI voice agent delivery for enterprise clients
  • Work with clients operating in call center or sales-driven environments
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand their outreach process, call flows, and objectives
  • Design and build AI agents that replicate and optimise the client's calling process
  • Continuously manage and improve agent performance by listening to call outputs, adjusting prompts, and deploying updates
  • Monitor data and analytics and present results and key metrics directly to the client
The person – Must have
  • Skilled at building & deploying AI agents using tools like Open Claw, Lang Chain, Claude & Cursor
  • Strong communication and presenting skills
  • Ideally from a Consultancy, Customer Success, or Account Management background
  • Looking to combine Technical AI work with enterprise customer-facing
  • Looking to be at the leading edge of Agentic AI with a fast-growing company and strong team
  • Happy to work fully onsite in Miami
