• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for owners/guests in all recreational activities and areas.
• Expresses an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, provides information to owners/guests about available recreational facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
• Encourages and recruits owners/guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Registers and schedules owners/guests for activities by recording information using the appropriate methods.
• Processes payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability.
• Must have great customer service skills – all positions come into contact with guests.
