Guest Services Representative; Parks, Recreation & Spaces

Position: Guest Services Representative (Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces)
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. One year of cash handling or customer/guest service experience is required. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.

Recruitment Notes

This position involves greeting customers as they come in to use the facility, answering questions as they pertain to available services and merchandise both in person and over the phone, and collecting payment for merchandise and services rendered. Employees will receive training on operating the Point-of-Sale system as we as a fundamental understanding of the available services and merchandise to ensure that information provided is as accurate as possible.

Additional responsibilities include counting and stocking inventory on a scheduled and as needed basis. The hours employees would be expected to work are:
Wednesday (9:00am - 5:30pm), Thursday - Friday (12:00pm - 8:30pm), Saturday - Sunday (9:00am - 5:30pm).
