Insight Global is looking for Customer Care Specialist to join one of our apparel clients. This specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, live chat, and their website. They will handle questions regarding products, orders, or returns and keep detailed records of interactions and customer feedback. The Customer Care Specialist should be comfortable working with different software systems and knowledgeable of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Day to day, the agent will be working cross-functionally and should be upholding company policies with great professionalism. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and proactive, with a willingness to learn from and encourage other team members.
