• Answer incoming calls and assist individuals seeking community services and support
• Conduct intake interviews and gather important client information
• Assess needs and connect clients with appropriate programs and resources
• Prioritize urgent situations and assist with service coordination
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide compassionate support to older adults and their families

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in social services, human services, case management, healthcare, call center, or intake-related roles
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with older adults and family members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• $18 per hour
• Monday‑Friday
