** Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for pets and their families while supporting our veterinarians and medical team.## Schedule
* Part-Time Position
* Every other Saturday is required
* Additional weekday shifts based on hospital needs##

Job Summary The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing client communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and ensuring a positive client experience from check-in to check-out.##

Key Responsibilities ### Client Communication & Scheduling
* Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
* Schedule appointments and assist with forward booking
* Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
* Contact clients regarding overdue services and wellness care### Client Service
* Greet clients and patients in a friendly, welcoming manner
* Gather and document patient information accurately
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism during difficult situations
* Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and preventive care recommendations### Administrative Duties
* Maintain accurate client and patient records
* Process payments, financing applications, and pet insurance claims
* Prepare estimates and review invoices with clients
* Support daily front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area### Team Support
* Communicate effectively with doctors and veterinary staff
* Provide discharge instructions and schedule follow-up appointments
* Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned## Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Veterinary or healthcare experience preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using computer software, scheduling systems, and other technology platforms
* Ability to work collaboratively with clients, doctors, and team members
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and patient care##

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
