Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service with every interaction. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Utilize effective communication skills to provide accurate information and solutions
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with call center technology
• Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment is a plus, but not required
