Alivi in Miami is looking for a Contact Service Representative (CSR) to provide essential support to our health plan partners. The successful candidate will assist members with inquiries and manage supplemental programs with a strong focus on customer service.
The ideal CSR will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and pay attention to detail while working remotely. Strong data entry skills and a professional demeanor are essential for this role. Training will be provided for this full-time position, which has a starting pay of $16.50 per hour.
