EAir LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL! Customer Service Representative with experience in ERP systems and distribution to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction
:
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about our products and services, address inquiries, and resolve any issues. - Issue Resolution
:
Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and problem resolution, ensuring a seamless experience. - Relationship Building
:
Use your strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. - ERP Management
:
Utilize your experience with ERP systems to process orders, manage customer information, and streamline workflows. - Product Recommendations
:
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that best meet their requirements. - Data Entry
:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date and properly maintained.
- ERP Experience
:
Proven experience working with ERP software is required. Managing inventory. - Microsoft Office Skills
:
Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required. - Language Skills
:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for this role. - Customer Service Experience
:
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. (HVAC industry is a Plus) - Communication Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. - Attention to Detail
:
Strong ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. - Problem-Solving
:
Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
