Position: Customer Care Representative I - Bilingual

Location and Hours

Work is virtual full‑time, with required in‑person training sessions. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance to the Miami office and accept a shift between 7:50 AM and 8 PM Eastern.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
  • Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
  • Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document activities in the database.
  • Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
  • Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
  • Provide external and internal customers with requested information.
  • Under supervision, receive and place follow‑up telephone calls/e‑mails to answer routine customer questions.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
  • Handle calls, texts, facsimiles and electronic queues while simultaneously taking notes and speaking to customers.
  • Maintain focus during extended periods of sitting and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Demonstrate empathy, persistence and problem‑solving skills; be comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
  • Follow a structured schedule with occasional overtime or flexibility; work from office as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work remotely, with occasional local office reporting.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in an automated customer service environment (or equivalent education/experience).
  • Bilingual in Spanish (or other languages) and ability to pass a validated language assessment.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment test battery.
