Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for DME/HME Company to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls, helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include processing orders efficiently, qualifying patients for equipment and verifying eligibility, answering phones and providing customer service, troubleshooting and resolving order issues and concerns, documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, providing introductory information to new customers, making outbound calls to customers and referrals, responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued, making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and taking the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications include previous DME experience, Medicare experience preferred, experience with Brightree is a must, previous experience in customer service, ability to build rapport with clients, ability to prioritize and multitask, positive and professional demeanor, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
