Customer Service Representative

The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience on every call. Through direct outbound outreach, you will assist customers with their applications, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This is a high-volume, customer-centric position with around 200 calls per day. Success means upholding the highest standard of service on every interaction Requirements Conduct up to 200 outbound customer calls daily Support customers through passport, visa, and registration application processes Manage escalations with professionalism, resolving concerns effectively and efficiently Strengthen customer retention by proactively addressing cancellation and refund requests Gather and share customer feedback to help enhance services and internal processes Qualifications 1+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Proven de-escalation skills and ability to manage high call volume Strong verbal communication and problem-solving ability
