- Design and oversee customer journey mapping for all Roosevelt Financial products
- Create and manage brand experience metrics and reporting systems
- Develop customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results for actionable insights
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client communications
- Implement innovative solutions to elevate the overall customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, brand management, or related role
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer feedback platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience with customer journey mapping software and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
