Jungle Island in Miami, FL is seeking a Seasonal Guest Service Representative to assist the Guest Services Team during Luminosa. The role includes cashiering, front gate, show support and front office, reporting to the Director of Guest Services.
The position requires at least one year in guest relations or customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays (5 PM–11 PM). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
