Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and other support channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels in both English and Spanish
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, policies, and procedures
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing requests, updating account information, and resolving service-related concerns
• Investigate customer issues and provide timely, professional solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate information within the company's customer relationship management or internal systems
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
• Follow up with customers to confirm that questions or concerns have been resolved
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and logistics, to address customer needs
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach during all customer interactions
• Meet established service expectations, response-time goals, and quality standards
• Assist with additional administrative and customer support duties as needed
