A growing international bank is seeking a customer-focused Client Service Associate to join its Client Experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting a diverse international client base.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail banking or contact center experience and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, assisting with a wide range of banking products and services while delivering a best-in-class customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.
  • Assist clients with account servicing, wire transfers, account maintenance, account closures, debit and credit card inquiries, consumer loans, deposit products, and digital banking support.
  • Educate customers on online and mobile banking platforms, helping drive adoption of digital self-service tools.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while striving for first-contact resolution and meeting established service level objectives.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system and follow up on outstanding or escalated requests.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Support operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience within a retail bank or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer banking products, including deposit accounts, loans, cards, wire transfers, and digital banking services.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Jack Henry core banking systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
