• Process customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products
• Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and email
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on‑time deliveries
• Track orders and resolve customer questions
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and order documentation

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Customer service or order processing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems
• Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus
• Food distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus
