Pay: $18.50/hr (Paid Weekly)
Location: Miami, FL 33172
Schedule Options:

• IKEAJP: Friday Sunday | 12:00 PM 6:30 PM

• IKEAJP: Friday Sunday | 2:00 PM 9:30 PM

Overview

We're looking for friendly, dependable team members to help create a great shopping experience for customers  a Customer Service Associate Carts & Loading, you'll assist customers in the loading area, keep shopping carts and other shopping tools stocked throughout the store, and support additional customer service areas as needed.

Job Description

• Assist customers with loading and unloading purchases.

• Collect and replenish shopping carts, bags, pencils, maps, and other shopping tools.

• Keep the loading zone clean, organized, and safe.

• Monitor shopping equipment and report damaged or unsafe items.

• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.

• Support Returns, Exchanges, Click & Collect, and Full Serve Hand Out when needed.

• Accurately hand customer orders to Click & Collect customers.

• Stage returned merchandise for the next step in processing.

• Follow all safety and customer service standards.

Required Skills

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors (approximately 50% of the shift outdoors).

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to walk and remain active throughout the shift.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to assist in multiple customer service areas.
