This Branch Sales & Service RRT position (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) is located at PNC’s Kendall Place Branch, 8811B SW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33176.

• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement activities.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Customer focused with a strong understanding of values and practices that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
• Risk manager, assessing and managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities.
• Proactive learner with the ability to engage customers and adopt new tools and technologies.

Work Experience:

1+ years of related experience. A university or college degree is not required; high school diploma or GED may suffice with relevant experience or product knowledge. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
