Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Join a growing aviation services organization and become the critical link between our customers and our maintenance teams.
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our FAA Part 145 repair station operations by managing customer communications, coordinating repair activity, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the maintenance process.
This role goes far beyond traditional customer service. You'll work directly with operators, airlines, leasing companies, and internal technical teams to keep repairs moving efficiently while providing customers with the transparency and responsiveness they expect.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to production, quality, and technical teams
- Provide customers with updates regarding repair status, turnaround times, delays, and approvals
- Manage work orders, repair documentation, and service records within the ERP system
- Coordinate with operations to ensure materials, parts, and resources are available to support customer commitments
- Support quoting, invoicing, and customer billing activities in coordination with Finance
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and delivery coordination for customer orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair activities
- Support outside sales representatives with repair capabilities, scheduling information, and customer requirements
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve customer service processes and operational efficiency
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Aerospace, Communications, or a related field
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or a technical environment
- Experience with in an MRO, repair station, airline, OEM, distributor, or aviation services organization is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of aviation terminology, maintenance processes, and repair workflows is a major plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
- English required;
Spanish is a plus
