ScheduleFriday‑Tuesday from 1:30–10:00PM EST.

- Maintain elements of the assigned clients’ files, employee files, and all related paperwork.
- Consistently maintain confidentiality of patient/client and agency information, following HIPAA guidelines.
- Provide direct training when required.
- Assign homecare aides based on the client’s overall needs and Plan of Care.
- Monitor the performance of assigned homecare aides to ensure quality service.
- Proactively communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources, team leads, managers and the branch manager.
- Conduct in‑home visits with a client per month to maintain perspective and connections to the client and caregiver experience.
- Prepare and submit routine departmental reports as required.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of the client’s condition and overall service.
- Conduct and keep records of client satisfaction surveys, in‑home visits, employee evaluations and in‑service trainings when applicable.
- Handle client complaints and problems; document and report significant issues for further attention or resolution. This is a mandatory reporter position of critical incidents.
- Provide education and coaching on changes to a client’s Plan of Care.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, aides, referral sources, team leads, managers and branch managers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict professionally.
- Demonstrated compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred; higher education or certification may be required.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, staffing coordination, home care coordination, or healthcare support.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Experience with Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare preferred.
- Ability to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move or traverse about in offices or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others.
The Care Supervisor develops and monitors appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others directly involved in the client’s care.
