We are looking for an energetic Service BDC Administrator who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast paced environment. The role offers hourly pay plus commission, a supportive and high energy team, and opportunities for advancement.

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits.
• Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly.
• Create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building customer relationships.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Automotive dealership or call center experience preferred; training will be provided.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
