• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits.
• Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building customer relationships
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Automotive dealership or call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
