Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for DME/HME Company to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls, helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Process order efficiently
• Qualify patients for equipment and verify eligibility
• Answer phones and provide customer service
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Outbound calls to customers and referrals
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

• Previous DME is required, Medicare experience preferred
• Experience with Brightree is a must
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
