Bean Automotive Group is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Concierge team in Miami. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and scheduling service appointments to optimize workflow and retention.
You should be bilingual (English/Spanish), professionally communicate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment. A high school diploma is required, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
