You Fit Gyms is hiring a Member Service Specialist to deliver an outstanding guest experience at the front desk in Miami. You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, answer questions, process memberships and transactions, and help maintain a welcoming, clean facility.
In this role you’ll support retention efforts, enforce gym policies, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong English communication and cash-handling skills are required.
