Customer Service Representative

APAS – A Professional Aviation Services Corp. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact between our customers and internal MRO operations.

• Manage and support assigned customer accounts.
• Provide timely updates on repair status, turnaround times (TAT), quotes, approvals, and deliveries.
• Prepare and follow up on repair quotes and customer approvals.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to keep work orders moving.
• Proactively communicate delays, changes, and solutions to customers.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and quote-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and work order information in company systems.
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers.

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, or MRO environments.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role

• Experience with quoting, work orders, and customer account follow-up
  .
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
