Rental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule rental reservations, ensuring each customer's needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Manage the inventory of rental vehicles, keeping track of availability and ensuring cars are ready for customers.
• Perform and document regular checks on rental vehicles to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with the sales and service departments to manage the rental pool and address any issues.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with rental agreements or vehicle performance promptly.
• Provide detailed information and advice about vehicle features and rental policies.
• Process rental payments and manage financial transactions related to rentals.
• Implement promotional strategies to enhance rental service uptake.
