Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and billing inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
