Job Description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as another friendly face at the front desk!
Job Duties- Responsible for contacting leads and following up with them.
- Provides accurate information regarding all our recreational gymnastics classes to our leads.
- Contacting schools and offering tours to the academy.
- Setting up field trips to the academy.
- Gives tours to inquiring customers who visit the gym.
- Help with event logistics.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Sales experience.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive Microsoft office skills.
- Able to use AI (ChatGPT/Gemini).
- Multi-tasker.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Minimum 30 years of age.
