Travel Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Reservation Coordinator to assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple reservations and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
• Assist customers with travel planning, booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Research travel options and provide customers with suitable recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate reservation and customer records.
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel partners as needed.
• Monitor booking details, schedules, confirmations, and changes to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Resolve reservation issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Previous experience in travel, reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, email, and online travel platforms.
