We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our Servicing team. In this role, you will assist borrowers and business partners by handling inquiries, providing account information, processing requests, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Verify customer identity and maintain data privacy standards.
• Research and provide accurate information regarding mortgage servicing accounts.
• Document customer interactions and requests in internal systems.
• Process routine servicing requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Follow established service standards, procedures, and turnaround times (SLAs).
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications.

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Mortgage servicing or financial services experience is a plus.
