Job Title:

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual professional to join our team in person. Will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ + Day-to-Day Responsibilities

+ Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach.

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

+ Support front desk and reception operations by greeting visitors, handling incoming mail, and serving as the first point of contact for customers and agents.

+ Address billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account discrepancies.

+ Answer basic policy and underwriting-related questions using company guidelines.

+ Document customer interactions and update policy information using agency management systems and other internal software.

+ Maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

+ Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

+ At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

+ Strong active listening and phone communication skills.

+ Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational abilities.

+ P& C Insurance background is a major plus.
