Role DescriptionThis part-time Concierge role is on-site and based in Miami, FL. The Concierge will welcome residents and guests, manage front desk reception duties, and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating reservations, arranging services and amenities, and providing accurate information about the property and local area. The role also involves answering phones and emails, handling package and delivery management, and maintaining a professional and organized lobby or reception area.
The Concierge will work closely with property management and other team members to support community events, address resident concerns, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Strong Concierge Services and Reservations skills, with the ability to coordinate requests efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, guests, and team members.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling front desk operations.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving in a luxury environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or luxury residential communities preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency; familiarity with reservation or CRM systems is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to stand or move around the property for extended periods.
