A well-established retail showroom in North Miami is looking for a Bilingual Reception & Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the showroom.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a positive first impression, and keeping the front office running smoothly. You will work directly with customers, handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and provide support to the showroom and sales team.

• Welcome customers and guests as they arrive
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression
• Handle incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate team member
• Help coordinate customer appointments and schedules
• Answer basic questions and direct requests to the right department
• Keep the reception area neat and presentable
• Assist the showroom and sales staff with administrative tasks
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Professional appearance and communication style
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in North Miami
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule

This is a full-time onsite position. Saturdays are rotated among the team, and employees working Saturday receive a weekday off in return.

Experience in any of the following environments is a plus:

• Retail or showroom
• Hospitality
• Front office administration
• Multi-line phone systems
