A leading financial institution in Miami is seeking aClient Services Associate to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a client-focused approach, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
• Assist with account-related requests, documentation, and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal banking teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support administrative and operational activities as needed.

• 1–3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, client services, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work five days per week in a Miami office.
