Hanania Automotive Group is committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience to every customer. We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly personable Customer Service (BDC) personnel to help us deliver on that promise.
Role Overview :
The BDC personnel is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by following up with customers post-service, identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate with the service team. Make service appointments, help with the Loaner fleet management, meet and greet customers when is needed..
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct timely post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
Address and escalate customer concerns before they impact ACE scores
Track trends and provide regular feedback to management
Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and resolutions
Assist with phone calls and loaner agent process
Build strong relationships with internal staff to ensure alignment
Assist the service advisors with the daily process
Make appointments, meet and greet customers when they drive up.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organization technology savy Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
