Front Desk / Showroom Coordinator - Luxury Real Estate

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

A luxury real estate company is seeking a polished, organized coordinator to support showroom operations, client service, and event execution.

Responsibilities:

+ Welcome clients and provide a high-end showroom experience.

+ Coordinate daily operations, appointments, and showroom activities.

+ Support event planning, execution, and tracking of results.

+ Maintain client information in the CRM.

+ Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Previous coordination experience with a strong operational focus.

+ Experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, or high-end service environments.

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and event reporting.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Professional presentation, positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.

+ Hospitality background is a plus
