Dental Assistant – Full Time

Relax and Smile Dental Care – Downtown Miami, FL

Relax and Smile Dental Care is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our modern, fast-paced dental office in Downtown Miami. This is an in-person role offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment.

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments

• Take dental X-rays and digital impressions using intraoral scanners (iTero)

• Support Invisalign workflows and patient education

• Use Open Dental software for scheduling and patient records

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

• Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience

• Perform administrative duties as needed (phones, scheduling, supplies)

• 2–3 years of Dental Assisting experience in the U.S. (required)

• High school diploma required; dental assistant training preferred

• CDA or RDA certification (preferred)

• Experience with intraoral scanners and Invisalign (strongly preferred)

• Proficiency with Open Dental software (preferred)

• English required; bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation to Downtown Miami

• Monday–Friday (no weekends)

• Full-time, flexible hours

• $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
