In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of call per day and focusing on closing sales to meet exceed monthly targets set by the company.

• Answering inbound telephone call and making outbound call (Averaging 150 Call per day)
• Identify/ schedule qualified prospects for a consultation,
• Provide Prospect with detailed information about all dental procedure( Implant/Veneers)
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with costumer to ensure high levels of costumer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter all data about prospect's information.
• Online chat with prospect's including but no limited to social media Platforms sus Instagram and Facebook
• Manage Follow up process by reaching out to potential patient who have already expressed and interest in 305 Dentistry
• Send information packets to scheduled prospect prior to the first visits.

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a DENTAL office is a must.

• Base Salary + Commission pay once Sales Goals are met

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
