Objectives
  • Lead live training for new agents on dental eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, dental software, and professional communication.
  • Test trainee readiness through real‑life scenarios, accuracy checks, and real‑world examples.
  • Review trainee work for accuracy and compliance, document feedback, and coach issues early before they become problems.
  • Create, update, and improve training videos, SOPs, and learning materials.
  • Set up and manage trainee access and progress in Learn Worlds and HIPAA training systems.
  • Send daily updates showing trainee progress, quality results, and any risks or concerns.
  • Work closely with HR, QA Supervisors, and Operations to ensure training aligns with real production needs.
  • Help train Supervisors and Revenue Managers as the team continues to grow.
