We’re a patient-centered dental practice focused on exceptional care, clear communication, and a positive experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment journey and keep our schedule running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-ups
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and financial options
- Collect payments and manage financial arrangements
- Communicate between clinical team and patients to ensure understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support front office operations as needed
- Previous dental office experience required (treatment coordination preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience with insurance verification and billing concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)

Compensation:
