Little Champions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our pediatric dental clinic
. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish
, has prior dental office experience
, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to children and their families.

• Greet patients and families and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with forms and registration.
• Collect payments and verify patient information.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Support the clinical team with daily administrative tasks.

• Minimum 1 years of dental front office experience required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Experience with dental scheduling software (Open Dental preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working with children and families in a pediatric dental setting.
