At Guardian Dentistry Partners, we support a network of 200+ thriving dental practices across 15.5 states (shoutout, D.C.!) - and our Revenue Cycle team is growing. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands what it takes to keep AR clean.

This is not entry-level billing. We need someone who understands the full payment posting process and can work independently while collaborating with a growing, supportive team. • Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon
• Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks
• Address offsets and insurance takebacks
• Clear unapplied balances
• Attach EOBs appropriately
• Perform daily reconciliation
• Keep backlog current
• Identify process improvements for efficiency

• 3+ years of dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting experience
• Strong Denticon experience preferred (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental familiarity considered)
• Solid understanding of EOBs, EFTs, VCCs, and checks
• Ability to research and reconcile independently
• Strong organization and time management skills
