Dental Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator

Pembroke Pines, FL | Full-Time | $20--26/hour based on experience

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team in Pembroke Pines.

If you have dental office experience, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their care, we'd love to hear from you.

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Coordinate treatment plans and explain next steps clearly
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups
• Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with patients
• Assist with treatment, scheduling, and financial questions
• Support insurance verification and related processes as needed
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient information

• Previous experience working in a dental office
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Dentrix experience is a plus, but training can be provided.

Dental insurance knowledge is also a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

$20--26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
