Project Manager, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect, Creative Design ​/ Digital Art

Overview

Touzet Studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect / Project Manager to join our Miami studio and work closely with our principals and team on award-winning projects from design through construction.

We are a design-led practice where architects stay involved from the beginning to the end of a project. Our work is recognized for its beauty, material intelligence, and thoughtful response to climate and place. We value curiosity, craft, and the ongoing development of architectural skill.

This is an in-person, on-site role in Miami for an architect who enjoys both design and execution, someone who takes pride in drawing, detailing, and seeing ideas carefully carried into built work. The projects range drom luxury aungle family to new multifamily, adaptive reuse and interiors.

• Leading projects from design development through construction
• Producing and managing BIM models and construction documents
• Developing and coordinating bespoke architectural details and assemblies
• Managing permitting, consultant coordination, and construction administration
• Participating in site visits, RFIs, and submittals
• Working directly with contractors and project teams
• Helping protect and refine design intent through real-world constraints

• Has 8–12 years of experience in architecture
• Is strong in BIM/CAD and construction documentation
• Has experience taking projects through permitting and construction
• Enjoys architectural detailing, materials, and craft
• Is organized, reliable, and thoughtful
• Works well in a small, collaborative studio environment
• Is interested in long-term growth and continuing to develop as an architect
• Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred but not required.
