Project Architect – Construction Administration
BBB is seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong focus on Construction Administration to join our Miami office. This role is ideal for a technically driven architect who thrives in the field, understands complex construction processes, and can effectively lead consultant coordination, owner, and contractor engagement through all phases of construction.
The successful candidate will play a key role in administering construction contracts, ensuring design intent is carried through to execution, resolving technical and constructability issues, and serving as the primary architectural liaison between the client, consultants, and the construction team. Projects will include residential mixed‑use, institutional, commercial, and historic building work. This individual must be comfortable working across multiple offices and collaborating virtually with distributed teams in NY and DC.
In addition to project work, all BBB employees are encouraged to participate in firmwide initiatives that support professional development, cross‑office collaboration, and environmental and social responsibility.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience- 10+ years of professional architectural experience, with significant emphasis on Construction Administration
