Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Asset Manager AE in Miami, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated asset management professional who is passionate about organizing, protecting, and optimizing digital and media content. This individual will be a self-starter who enjoys bridging the gap between people, processes, and content while thriving in a detail-oriented, analytics-driven environment. The role requires a strong understanding of digital and media asset management best practices, metadata governance, post-production workflows, and content usage rights across multiple platforms.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and communication related to both Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Media Asset Management (MAM) libraries, working closely with senior asset management and production stakeholders. Acting as a production support resource, this individual will proactively assist production teams with asset organization, ingestion, and lifecycle management. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, as the role supports daily media additions across multiple systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in media or asset management
- Extensive experience with DAM and MAM platforms, workflows, and storage systems
- Experience with library management, taxonomy, or metadata frameworks preferred
- Experience with desktop editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Understanding of asset usage rights, content security, and legal risk mitigation
- Technical understanding of asset cataloging systems and output requirements (resolution, color, codes, etc.)
- Solid understanding of post-production workflows, photo and video formats, camera systems, RAW vs. edited assets
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Professional, organized, and highly conscientious
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong editorial judgment, including the ability to summarize campaigns for library presentations
- Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to stakeholder questions
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
