In this role, you will be a part of the
Aviation, Transit and Education Buildings team, of the
UX
, based in
Miami, FL

What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi‑discipline project team of architects and engineers.
  • Coordinate project requirements and development of construction documents with sub‑consultants.
  • Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
  • Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
  • Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits, review of shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and issuing clarifications.
  • Lead the development of design alternatives using a variety of media, including computer visualization, and physical models. Work in coordination with and oversight of the Principal Architect
  • Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.
What your experience looks like
  • Degree in architecture required from an Accredited University. Bachelor’s Degree required,
  • Must have 0–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to use computer software for design.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of all phases of architectural and engineering practice.
  • Must be proficient in the production of contract documents including Technical Specifications.
  • Must be proficient in production with Revit and Auto Cad
  • Experience with Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Rhino, V‑Ray, and other imaging and rendering software.
